The result of co-operation between Noerpel copmany and Panattoni property development company is a brand new logistics centre, built as part of 'Logic Park Elsdorf' industrial zone. The site is covering the area of over 43,000 squared meters and is situated in Germany near the A1 motorway about half-way between Hamburg and Bremen.
To prevent any possible contamination of the surrounding enviromnent with stored chemical substances, such as lubricating oils, a membrane must be installed under the floor structure. Our product JUNIFOL DE (thickness 3mm) is fully certified by the 'Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik' DIBt and meets the requirements for such uses. The membrane is also further protected by non-woven geotextile geoNETEX M 400.
